The Sentrien Field Service application connects employees in the field with jobs created in NetSuite. Employees can see information sent by headquarters, add notes and signature data, enter or modify parts used, create expenses, view attached files, and take photos, and this data is transmitted back to NetSuite. An internet or cellular connection is required to send and receive data from NetSuite, but data can still be entered on jobs previously downloaded and will be cached to send to NetSuite when the connection is restored.
